Rol's Hard deco blocks, additions and powersystem 1.16.5

- added a recipe to just reverse edible sugar back to regular sugar for convenience :D

- also added recipe to conduit sweet slime so spiritual overdose to unlock aura release, 2x and 4x spectral division and 10 second levitation all becomes attainable in survival.

- turn glass block back into regular sand via stonecutter.

(last update for version 1.16.5 sorry... im moving on to 1.19.2 :D)

im gonna start with just adding all the cool uncrafting features and then after that will move back into the powersystem stuff.

and im gonna make it alot easier to unlock the beginning powers and make it progressively more expensive instead of super expensive initially and then cheaper.
