## 1. Scope

This license applies to the CobbleKanto project ecosystem and its related mods, including but not limited to:

- KantoModels
- SceneBlocks
- KantoStarters
- KantoItems
- KantoTeleports
- KantoSpawners
- CobbleKanto
- KantoBlocks
- KantoNPCs

This includes compiled mod files, source code, models, textures, block definitions, item definitions, entity definitions, dialogue files, configuration files, images, documentation, and other files created for these projects, to the extent that such material is owned or controlled by the copyright holder.

This license does not grant any rights to third-party intellectual property, trademarks, copyrighted works, characters, names, brands, designs, mechanics, or other materials owned by Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., The Pokémon Company, Mojang Studios, Microsoft, the Cobblemon team, or any other third party. All such rights remain with their respective owners.

## 2. Permitted Use

You may download and use the compiled mod files covered by this license for:

- personal gameplay;
- private Minecraft worlds;
- public or private Minecraft servers;
- screenshots, videos, livestreams, and other gameplay content;
- public or private Minecraft modpacks, provided that proper credit is given and users are directed to an official project download page whenever possible.

## 3. Restrictions

You may not, without explicit written permission from the copyright holder:

- sell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute any covered project;
- reupload any covered mod file to other websites or launchers as a standalone download;
- claim any covered project, code, models, textures, dialogue files, or other project files as your own;
- extract, copy, reuse, modify, or redistribute the models, textures, dialogue files, configuration files, code, or other assets as a separate asset pack, resource pack, mod, map asset library, template, or derivative project;
- use assets from any covered project in another project in a way that suggests official affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or approval by any third-party rights holder;
- remove or alter this license notice from redistributed modpack copies or documentation references.

## 4. Modpack Permission

You may include the covered projects in public or private Minecraft modpacks as long as:

- the mod is credited properly as part of the CobbleKanto project ecosystem by PrimordioCobble / CobbleKanto Team;
- the mod is not sold as a standalone product;
- this license is not removed or misrepresented;
- the mod is downloaded from an official project page whenever the platform allows it;
- users are not misled into believing the modpack creator owns the covered project assets.

## 5. Fan Project Notice

The CobbleKanto project ecosystem and its related mods are unofficial fan-made Minecraft projects.

These projects are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., The Pokémon Company, Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or the Cobblemon team.

Pokémon, Kanto, and related names are trademarks or copyrighted works of their respective owners. Minecraft is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. Cobblemon belongs to its respective creators.

## 6. Rights Holder Contact

If you are a rights holder or an authorized representative and believe that any material in the covered projects infringes your rights, please contact the project owner through the official project page so the issue can be reviewed and addressed.

## 7. No Warranty

The covered projects are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.

The copyright holder is not responsible for damage, data loss, server issues, incompatibilities, crashes, corrupted worlds, mod conflicts, or other problems caused by installing, using, modifying, or redistributing the covered projects.

By downloading, installing, using, or distributing any covered project in a modpack, you agree to follow this license.
