kamen rider zeztz

a beta of the Custom Capsem feature that will be in the next update

did this over the weekend and i think it good need to finish it up when i got time but for now i be uploading this 

after this is uploaded i will also upload a zip file including structure json texture and etc that you would need todo for it

unlike my previous attempts (gochizo and chemy) the texture are dynamic minecraft will reload the texture pack everytime you join however

i added a "example" capsem in the interal files for now it just access impact form and use impact for name announcement and plasma for full transformation

for now only zeztz can use custom capsems but will be able to set it up for knight invoker and/or nox

include some extra stuff + in progress stuff for version 7
