Kaledelights Compat

Hotfix (2026-10-23, same version 1.3.9-neoforge)

• Steamer recipe interchange: the Cookery steamer (kaleidoscope_cookery:steamer) and the Youkai steamer (:steaming) now translate their steaming recipes both ways at runtime (1.21 format result:{id,count}, cooking time ×6/÷6, loop/duplicate prevention, neoforge:mod_loaded conditions).
• Cookery mantou is unified into the Youkai mantou (no longer deleted): applied at runtime for the Youkai mod that is actually present; migrated results are validated against the item registry.
• Recipes exceeding the Farmer's Delight cooking limit (6 ingredients) are skipped (6 static recipes removed; no more parse warnings).
• Both steamers are kept; nothing is deleted.
• Turning the Cookery chopping board off no longer empties its item. The Cookery JEI plugin registers its categories in order (pot → … → steamer → teapot) with ModItems.* icons, and an empty chopping-board icon aborted that registration, hiding every later Cookery JEI category (stockpot, steamer, teapot…). The toggle now removes the recipes and turns the placed block into air while keeping the item (players still cannot craft the board).
