- Corrected command completion translation keys and modernized data/resource
formats for Minecraft 26.1.2.
### Compatibility note
- Existing `torchmaster` resource IDs and configuration namespace are kept for
world and datapack compatibility.
- The legacy client range-overlay/color-picker screen is not included because
its renderer is incompatible with Minecraft 26.1. Core spawn blocking and
lighting behavior remain intact.
