Kainarou: Halloween brings a cooperative Halloween event to Minecraft 1.21.1. Hunt for candy corn after dark, build a mechanical basket with Create, and work together to reach a shared server goal.
- Nightly candy hunts: Candy corn piles appear within a 3×3 chunk area around players in the Overworld. Hold a basket in either hand to collect them.
- Create crafting: Build your basket using Mechanical Crafters and Create components. The basket features a 3D model and custom holding animations.
- Shared server progress: Deposit candy corn through Kainarou Money ATMs. Every contribution counts toward one server-wide goal, displayed as collected / target.
- Permanent donations: Deposited candy cannot be withdrawn or spent. Existing money balances remain separate.
- Player leaderboards: Everyone can use
/topcandyto see the leading contributors and their own contribution. - Halloween atmosphere: A short original melody announces each active night. Eating candy corn grants a brief haunting effect with eerie sounds and gentle camera sway.
The collection target is configurable, with a default of 10,000 candy corn. Once reached, natural candy spawning and further donations stop. Progress and contributions are saved with the world.
Server owners can configure the event and manage it through /candyadmin. Access supports configured owner names or UUIDs, optional operator permissions, and optional LuckPerms integration.
Requires Minecraft 1.21.1, NeoForge, Create 6.0.10, and Kainarou Money 1.1.0. Install the mod on both the server and every player’s client.
