The mod doesn't add any content but it does make you get on the edge and get you to think in less than a second. You must be on edge to avoid fake mob sounds and "spontaneous combustion" or if you lucky you could wind up with some extra diamonds. So good luck trying to survive and fine-tuning your split-second reaction times.
