Fixed a game crash issue caused by a non-existent Element material.

Added the Bitter Cold Sorcery Glove, Gravity Copper Ball, and Warlock Tiara. The first two are spell weapons, while the latter is a helmet or headwear (when used as headwear, it provides no defense). They are dropped by Gaviler, Bitter Cold Sorcerer, and Necromancy Warlock, respectively.

Removed the Bane of Humanoids enchantment book dropped by Gaviler and Necromancy Warlock, as their newly added drops now match their intended power level.
