Juvee drinks

Adds three new food items using unutilized ingredients, thus increasing their value.
The drinks have an 80% chance to provide a beneficial potion effect. This is intended to give players the option not to scourge the nether for nether wart, and thus allow a restricted worldsize.

All drinks are made in a 2x2 crafting grid and need sugar and bamboo

The blue juvee needs blue dye and glow berries. It has an 80% chance to give the speed effect when eaten.
The slushie juvee needs sweet berries and snowballs. It has an 80% chance to give the invisibility effect when eaten.
The watermelon juvee needs a melon slice and a beetroot. It has an 80% chance to give the haste effect when eaten.
