Just Enough Items for Forge

First MinecraftForge 26.2 build, ported from the JEI 26.2 sources (version 30.24.0).

Tested in game on MinecraftForge 26.2-65.1.0 alongside Sodium, Iris, Distant Horizons, Lithium and Jade: the ingredient list, recipe and usage lookup and the JEI GUI all start and work.

Install it on the server as well if you play multiplayer. Since Minecraft 1.21.2 a vanilla server no longer sends full recipes to the client, and unlike NeoForge and Fabric, MinecraftForge has no loader-level replacement - so this port sends the recipes over JEI's own channel, which only a server that has JEI can do.

Known differences from the NeoForge build:

• Forge's FluidStack carries an NBT tag rather than data components, so two fluids that differ only by their components show up as one.
• Forge has no fluid slot display type; a recipe presenting a fluid that way falls back to its own JEI plugin.
• A tooltip asking for a custom style is drawn with the default frame.

Marked Beta because it has not yet been through a long play session or a heavily modded pack. Please report anything odd in the comments.
