Reveal vs. native options

• JEH now detects JEI's showHiddenIngredients and EMI's index-source. When they already add the registry entries that are missing from the creative inventory, JEH skips its own equivalent re-add to avoid duplication.
• ABSENT_FROM_JEI intents are now recorded independently of whether JEH re-adds the entries (as long as intent recording is enabled).
• All other reveal behaviour is unchanged.
