- added a pop-up to paradox mixer gui to warn when not stabilized

- added light wand and advanced light wand
two new types of wands to create and interact with light blocks
also it allow to apply glowing at the looking entity

- added a new compat : GeOre Echoing Buddings!
all GeOre buddings can be used to craft new echoing buddings (work at same of other echoing buddings)

Removed

- removed "buddings/<budding-type>" guideme pages (unified to the main page)
