First release of the port to Forge 1.20.1

This mod do work but its not up to date with the latest of the NeoForge version.

There is a bunch of item that are yet to be implemented.
I need to fix the ui of blocks that are dark and semi-transparent.

Some testing need to be done to be sure that no crash occur during play.
