Jungles Unleashed

The Bronze: an earthbound cousin of the Breeze that hurls pieces of itself and leaves you wading through Slowness II. Comes with a stepped jungle pyramid, three floors of spawner-lined maze, and the Dwarven Pickaxe.
## The Bronze

Where the Breeze is built around motion, the Bronze is built around the lack of it. It walks at well under half a zombie's pace and it **cannot jump at all** — a single block of height is enough to strand it, and you can outrun it on foot without trying.

What it has instead is reach. It throws its own grass block at you in **pairs, three quarters of a second apart, every two and a half seconds**. Each one hits for two hearts and leaves **Slowness II for five seconds**, which is the only way something that slow ever closes a distance. The first clod is the setup; the second one lands because you are already wading.

They will not shoot each other. A stray ball passes straight through another Bronze, so a group in a corridor fights you rather than itself.

Kill one and it drops a **Bronze Rod**.

## The Jungle Pyramid

Six stepped tiers of mossed cobble, in jungle, sparse jungle and bamboo jungle. Four stone walkways climb the faces to a shrine at the summit, each arriving at its own doorway; four causeways run out from the feet. In the middle of the floor is a vine-hung shaft.

Underneath are **three floors of maze**, each an eleven-by-eleven grid of rooms — larger than the pyramid standing on it, running out under the causeways. The mazes are braided, so they loop rather than dead-ending, and no two pyramids share a layout.

- **First floor** — 20 spawners: zombies, spiders, skeletons. Bones, string, arrows, the occasional iron.
- **Second floor** — 15 spawners: Bronzes, and nothing else. Iron, gold, redstone, lapis, some diamond.
- **Third floor** — 20 spawners: all four at once. Diamond, emerald, enchanted books, netherite scrap, enchanted apples.

One room in ten holds a chest, so roughly nine to a floor, and the loot is worth more the deeper you go. The way down is a vine-lined shaft placed in the room **furthest from wherever you came in**, measured through the maze rather than across it — and it chains, so each descent is the deep end of that floor. Only one vine in each shaft reaches the bottom; the rest are stubs.

Find one with `/locate structure bronze:jungle_pyramid`.

## Bronze

The rod breaks down and packs back up, the way blaze rods and ingots do.

- **Bronze Rod** — dropped by the Bronze, one or two at a time, more with Looting.
- **Bronze Ball** — one rod makes two.
- **Block of Bronze** — nine balls, and back again.

## The Dwarven Pickaxe

Netherite Ingot Block of Bronze Netherite Ingot
    Diamond Bronze Rod Diamond
                      Bronze Rod

It is the only pickaxe in the game that can **break stone instantly**. Netherite tops out at speed 35 with Efficiency V and the threshold is 45; the Dwarven starts at 19 and clears it. Bare, it still breaks stone a tick faster than a netherite pickaxe with Efficiency III.

And it reads the experience you are carrying. Every thirty levels is worth a level of Fortune, up to five at level 150, **on top of** any Fortune already on the tool.

| Experience levels | Bonus Fortune | With Fortune III |
|---|---|---|
| 0–29 | 0 | 3 |
| 30–59 | 1 | 4 |
| 60–89 | 2 | 5 |
| 90–119 | 3 | 6 |
| 120–149 | 4 | 7 |
| **150+** | **5** | **8** |

Spend your levels enchanting and the bonus drops with them. It has 3122 durability — two diamond pickaxes — mines everything netherite can, and repairs with Bronze Balls.

## One change to vanilla

Minecraft registers its jungle temple under the id `jungle_pyramid`, while its structure type, its biome tag and every player alive call it a jungle temple. This mod renames it so `/locate structure minecraft:jungle_temple` finds it, leaving `bronze:jungle_pyramid` free for the one added here. Placement is untouched — same salt, same spacing — so temples generate exactly where they always did.

It does mean this mod will conflict with anything else that rewrites the `jungle_temples` structure set.

## Requires
