Jumping Boats

Allows you to jump while in boats to easily go from water to land or jump over obstacles.
Allows you to jump while in boats, similair to horses with the bar at the bottom, just hold space to charge it and let go to jump up. You can jump approximately 1.5 blocks high when the bar is charged to the fullest.
