Juke Party 2.1.0 - NeoForge / Minecraft 26.3

Install this file on both client and server, using Minecraft 26.3 and NeoForge. Requires Java 25. Tested with NeoForge 26.3.0.95. Rinku 3.0.5, Rhino and JCodec are bundled; do not install them separately.

• Fixed horizontally mirrored television images in all four block orientations.
• Native Chromium frame capture, H.264 compression and binary video transport replace repeated JPEG screenshots.
• Adaptive quality up to 1280x720 at 30 FPS, with lower profiles according to encoding, decoding and network conditions. This is a maximum target, not a guaranteed frame rate.
• Video presentation follows the actual OpenAL audio playhead when the source is audible.
• Encoding and decoding run off the main thread. TVs showing the same source share a stream and texture.
• Capture stops when no nearby powered televisions need the source.

Televisions

Monitor is silent; Medium TV has Speaker audio range (24 blocks); Large TV has Boombox audio range (48 blocks). TVs show their owner's browser or the broadcaster of the selected radio. Right-click toggles power. Large models reserve their occupied block cells.

Requires 2.1.0 on both client and server (protocol 4). Tested on Windows x64 across all four Minecraft/loader combinations. Physical multi-client latency and site-specific DRM playback still require manual testing.
