## :cyclone: Technique Changes

**__Blood Manipulation__**`[Adjustment]`
- **Wing King**
  - Reworked to work more like mahito armor. Wings are cosmetic instead of armor, seperate skill to cancel the move.

**__Star Rage__**`[Nerf]`
- **Star Rage**
  - Cost per stack increased from 10+9 *x* amp to 10+49 *x* amp.


## :gear: System Changes

**__Slash Attack__**`[Nerf]`
- Base damage reduced from 18 to 14.
- Range now equal to normal attack, scaling with weapon reach.
- Cooldown increased from 7.5 seconds to 10 seconds.

**__4C Attack__**`[nerf]`
- Reduced the range slightly to match attack range.


## :crossed_swords:  Weapon Changes

**__Soul Split Katana__**`[Reworked]`
- `[New]` 5% Max HP bonus damage on hit.
- `[Removed]`  Attacks bypass armor.

## :bug: Bugfixes

- fly toggle for servers
- wing king flight not working
- cooldowns being bypassed for moves with forced charging states
- kashimo lightning strike works while unstable again
