Curse Maven Snippet
Changed Domain Amplification. Addon now acts as a method of obtainment for Orca's official Domain Amplification instead of making its own original system.
Added Cooldown Removal effect that removes move cooldowns from whoever has it (works for mobs and players)
Unstable still has its normal effects.
