JSON Recipe Edit

New Command:

• "anvil craft recipe" - adds a recipe to the anvil (any single item on the left, and number of a modifies/repair item on the right, and any output item) also puts the recipe into jei if jei is installed.

Changed Command:

• "delete recipe" - supports a new fied of count, if set we will filter count in addition to item when searching for the recipe(s) to remove

Bug Fix:

• Command chains now also properly run at the "Spawn" vector as well as position, this lets you teleport/move/summon entities repetitive to the spawn point using command chains (this is where the commands are executed) 

Stability note:

Unless something is significantly unstable this will be the last alpha release, and beta testing will begin on the next update.
