Fixed thread lock bug on world load.

Removed item randomization on player death.

Added chance for shulker boxes to have a random item inside them.

Removed non-survival items (e.g. command blocks, structure blocks, air). - This will cause your world to re-generate its randomization table if you played on a previous version of this mod.
