Added: A "Sync" checkbox next to the Y field in the waypoint editor.
Fixed: Rare crash when accepting a pending waypoint.
Fixed: Dragging a waypoint onto the "All" group on a server no longer crashes the game with a stack overflow.
Fixed: On a server, waypoints can no longer be dragged into or out of locked groups (such as the Death group), matching single-player behavior.
Fixed: Deleting a waypoint from the waypoint editor now closes the editor after confirming
