Added: "Map All Layers" option in the Auto-Map dialog that maps all surface map types and every cave layer at once (shown only when cave mapping is enabled).
Fixed: Another edge case that could cause some biomes to not blend on chunk edges.
Fixed: Automapping a surface area now generates all surface map types (Day/Night, Topography, Biome) instead of only Day and Night.
