- Added: Fullscreen map option to pause the game while the map is open (singleplayer only). Off by default.
- Fixed: Race condition that can cause duplicate addon waypoints.

- Fixed: Deathpoint filtering when clients disable deathpoint creation when on a server(or singleplayer) that manages waypoints.
