Quality of Life Update

• Added stand guarding & blocking

• Shiny Arrows now useable with a stand equipped

• Added Skin Menu, to switch between skins

• Added stats for each stand move to provide more info

• Stands now invisible to non-stand users

• Slightly updated some stand animations

• Updated models for Magicians Red, Silver Chariot, and Hierophant Green

• Reworked Hierophant Green piloting

• Add nametag easter eggs to Jotaro (more for other npcs soon!)

• Added a new large meteorite that contains 2 ores

• Added config 'Re-usable Arrows', allows arrows to be used without disappearing

• Added config 'NPC Spawning', allows you to disable entity spawns

• Added config 'Minimum Block' changes the base amount of attacks that can be blocked

• Added config 'Skin Cost', changes the skill point cost for changing skins

• Added config 'Rare Skins Unlocked', allows players to always be able to access rare skins without needing to unlock them
