- now you can set a different upgrade item for each Skill level

- definitive fix reloadconfig with sending new config to all players
- trial fix for lag when accessing any player
- fix combatlog system in a new event
- now the clones are a little slower
- fix combatlog system in a new event
- now the clones spawn at the exact point of the player
- added armiplayer cooldown system
- added stolen tag to skill skills
- added clone lasting 15 seconds which then despawna, if this is killed it will drop the player's inventory
- now you can change the skill config with a simple "updateskill" command
- changed the Random class to Skill Immobilize and a Particle class
