3. Modpacks
Official, unmodified versions of Ji Mods may be included in modpacks, provided proper credit is given and the mod is not presented as the work of another author.
When possible, official download or dependency systems provided by platforms such as Modrinth or CurseForge should be used.

4. Redistribution and Modified Copies
You may not redistribute, reupload, mirror, or publish the Software or modified versions of it as a separate or
competing project without explicit permission from the copyright holder.

This includes versions that have been:
* renamed or rebranded;
* visually modified;
* refactored or reorganized;
* ported to another Minecraft version, mod loader, or platform;
* modified by adding, removing, or changing features;
* repackaged with different assets, metadata, or branding.
Changing a certain amount or percentage of the code does not automatically make redistribution permitted if the project is substantially derived from a Ji Mod.
Independent projects with similar functionality that do not copy or derive from Ji Mods are not restricted by this License.

5. Commercial Redistribution
The Software or modified versions of it may not be sold, placed behind a paywall, or commercially redistributed without explicit permission.
This does not prevent monetized videos, streams, donations, sponsorships, or other content created using the Software.

6. Branding
The names, logos, icons, and other branding associated with Ji Mods may not be used in a way that falsely suggests an unofficial project is official or endorsed.
The project name may be used descriptively for compatibility, dependency, or attribution purposes.

7. Permission and Exceptions
The copyright holder may grant additional permissions or exceptions for specific projects, ports, forks, or distributions.
Such permission does not automatically apply to other users or projects.
