This is the framework for future mods. It is a modular spell system for custom spells and abilities.

What's new
Ok so i made a big error on the last 2 uploads. This is the first good one that works by exporting and importing the spell JSON. The other version the spells are still part of the .jar and can not be editied.
I also added the debug print out back to the console. And the Debug wand still prints to the chat.
But spell json and the builder should be in the config file folder.
