Jeri's Enderwomen

Version 2.0.6:

• Changed the way friendly Enderwomen ask to be friends. Now, they will log the UUID of the nearest player in a string NBT tag instead of using a logic tag that determines if they are asking to be friends. They will ask to be your friend every 150 ticks. You can configure the tick interval
• Changed the conditions for Enderwomen to teleport. Now, they will attempt to teleport every 200 game ticks with a chance of 1/5. Aggressive Enderwomen can teleport randomly now
• Changed the Enderwoman teleporting procedure for the 1 thousandth time to REALLY make sure that Enderwomen don't teleport somewhere I don't want them to. This procedure is giving me a headache
• Friendly Enderwomen stop following players who they want to be friends with if the player is in or above a fluid. They will also respond differently
