JER Loot Table Sync

Syncs server side loot table data to clients for better output in Just Enough Resources
Syncs loot tables for dungeon loot, mob drops and other JEI categories that utilize loot tables in Just Enough Resources.
This allows for better jei integration when connected to remote server.
This mod is optional on both clients and servers, but requires to be present on both sides to function.
If either side doesn't have the mod it simply falls back to the original handling. This let's you have mix of players that have the mod (and get improved jei experience) without forcing others to mod their games.
+ improves mod compatibility by adding support for forge spawn eggs, so more modded spawn eggs are linked to mob drops in JEI
