• Fix search typing with Minecraft 26.3 SDL key events - mezz
  • Check the layout-resolved keycode instead of treating SDL scancodes as character codes. Letter key presses now preserve JEI search focus and native text input.
  • Exercise key press, text input, and key release in both client suites, and use current Minecraft key constants for the focus hotkey. Reproduced the focus loss in the debugger; all 570 tests and CI build checks pass locally.
• Fix NeoForge client regressions in 26.3 - mezz
  • Restore IME preedit routing using the event available in released NeoForge and re-enable its client regression test. Update the client test resource pack to Minecraft 26.3 format 97.1.
  • Validated all CI build and check tasks, 431 unit tests, 127 server GameTests, 12 client tests, and IntelliJ import preparation.
• Fix IntelliJ sync after Common's Loom migration - mezz
  • Move the vanilla test-server launch into a dedicated ModDevGradle module and point NeoForge client-test resources at its generated launch files. Include client-test resource preparation in check and CI so missing launch tasks are detected.
  • Validated clientGameTestClasses, NeoForge IDE sync tasks, Gradle with idea.sync.active=true, and the generated vanilla server launcher with --help.
