Fix #4068 Make itemstack data in the ingredient manager immutable - mezz
- Backport to 1.20.1 by storing typed ingredients internally while keeping IIngredientManager#getAllTypedIngredients as a default compatibility bridge for addon implementations. The target branch keeps string UIDs and has no 1.21 ingredient-codec API.
- This also copies 1.20.1 ItemStack NBT tags when creating and materializing typed item stacks, matching the source commit intent for immutable item data without using 1.21 data components.
