- Added config option to treat Keybinds as toggles (default disabled)
World Tooltip Overlay
- Bookmarking Waystones will no longer display two tooltips
- Naturally Generated and Activated Waystones can optionally be marked through walls
- Player placed Waystones always require line of sight unless activated
