- Added Basic, Uncommon, and Rare Unusuals!

- Added Unusual Granters that can spawn as rare loot in chests

- Added SP Upgradable Timestop and SPTW Upgradable Timestop

- SP Timestop is used by pressing Crouch + Ultimate since Ultimate is taken by inhale. These can be swapped in the client config.
