❄️ Javelin - More Mace Like Weapons

I wanted to create my own weapon inspired by the vanilla Mace, one that’s just as unique and fitting. My goal was to design something that blends seamlessly into the vanilla game experience while also working well in any modpack.

Inspired by the Mace, the Javelin is a powerful throwable-melee weapon designed for high-pressure combat and burst damage.

The Javelin rewards skillful timing and aggression.

• Early melee hits apply Freeze, locking pressure on enemies.
• Throwin Javelin converts Freeze into burst damage, rewarding perfect timing.

🧊 Mechanics

⚔️ Weapon Type: Throwable + Melee

🥊 Melee Hit:

• Deals 6 damage and applies 5 seconds (100 ticks) of Freeze.

🎯 Throw Hit:

• Deals 7 damage and applies 5 seconds (100 ticks) of Freeze.
• Deals +2 bonus damage per 50 ticks of Freeze.
• At 10+ bonus damage, Freeze is forcibly broken and resets to 0, with an audible Ice Break sound.

🔒 Freeze Cap:

• Maximum Freeze: 10 seconds (200 ticks)
• Maximum bonus throw damage: +32

🎮 Playstyle:
To use the Javelin effectively:

• Chain melee hits to build Freeze.
• Then follow up with a well-timed throw to unleash maximum burst damage.
• Timing is everything - Freeze decays quickly, so the window for high-damage throws is short.

To counter the Javelin:

• Break line of sight, block, or retreat to let Freeze wear off before the throw connects.

✨ Javelin Enchantments:

🔁 Frost Bond:

• After being thrown, the Javelin returns to the player like Loyalty.
• Returns slower, requiring better positioning and timing.
• Max Level: 2

💥 Iceburst (Treasure Enchantment)

• On landing, the Javelin explodes in an icy blast, damaging and knocking back all nearby entities, including the thrower. 
• Obtained through loot, just like Wind Burst.
• Max Level: 1

🎁 How to Obtain:

The Javelin can currently be found in the same loot pool as the Heavy Core, with equal chances.
