Jaffas and more!

- duck eggs are now fully supported by all vanilla and jaffas recipes
- updated to Forge #953

- fixed texture of item in air renderer

- fixed dying of crops when no farmland block is under it
- under the hood: alot of refactoring and rewring, mainly containers, items and blocks now uses icondescriptor trait, some cleaning of Items class, machines and BC API moved to core
