Jabs Fixed Enchanting

Fixed:
-protection types not working properly
-anvil dark ui/name in split
-cshelf enchant books with multiple enchants(only taking first?)
-applying own enchanted book to real enchanted book and increasing level
-xp on death half + 1
-chiseledbookshelf not dropping on break
Added:
-gamerule for increasing level with real ebooks
-1-1 lapis cost gamerule
-dispenser anvil (block) repair
-enchanting table go through carpet
-brew xp bottles
