Forge 1.20.1 compatibility update

This is a Forge-only maintenance release for Minecraft 1.20.1.

The minimum supported Forge version has been lowered from 47.4.10 to 47.4.0, improving compatibility with established Minecraft 1.20.1 modpacks.

Gameplay behavior, balance, configuration defaults, saved data, and network behavior are unchanged from the preceding releases.
