Curse Maven Snippet
Update to goblins, new tree type and a biome, better magic damage handling and numerous bugfixes.
Goblins now might drop a new material called Gobsteel - scraps of rusty crude metal. It can be used to forge goblin weaponry:
- Humie butcherer - sword that deals more damage to human race mobs (players, villagers, illagers, humanoid undead). Endermen, piglins and goblins, while humanoid, are not humans.
- Gobsteel javelin - throwable spear, can be launched 32 times in it's lifetime.
- Bonb - rough shrapnel explosive, does area damage on throw.
- Stinger - inaccurate, fast-firing repeater.
Goblin camps use new type of spawner. It will try to spawn a bunch of various goblins once a day, with a condition of having none in a certain radius around the camp. If you don't destroy it, goblin camps, ruins and fortresses will be repopulated in a day. Upon destroying, goblin spawner drops some gobsteel scraps.
Sacred grove is a new biome, holy traces of past gods' presence, the only place where sacred trees can be found. Leaves of sacred trees might drop sacred twigs - a rare material that will be used later.
Insatiable - first (by progression) mod's boss. Can be summoned by killing a farm animal during thunderstorm/rain near rivers, oceans and swamps. His unique weapon drop isn't finished, but you can still try fighting him.
Magic weapons now properly store info about the caster. Mobs hit by magic weapons will be notified about the damage source and will fight back.
