What's new

1.8.3: World forms sit on the model itself now, not on the block cell it came from. Torches, fences, saplings and bells land in the middle of the frame instead of off to one side. Banners stay as vanilla. New icon.

1.8.2: Armor forms keep the entity render chain and centre on the worn piece, so helmets, chestplates and boots stopped hanging off the frame. Dye and trim still come with them.

Fast Item Frames can grow what is inside an invisible frame, set by itemScaleWhenInvisible. Plain items still do. A world model is already drawn at its real size, and a pose with its own scale already has one, so those skip the extra growth.

1.8.1: Doors joined the items with no world form and stay on the item model.

The gallery wall takes the whole catalog in one go instead of paging, and the list and counts were rebuilt.

1.8.0: Model mode. Frames draw the item the way the game draws it in the world instead of the flat item picture, switched with Mode: Vanilla and Mode: Model. Placeables show their placed model with block entity parts, so a torch is a torch and a bell hangs off its post. Armor is worn with dye and trim. An end crystal is the crystal, not its inventory picture. Everything centres on the model, and offsets, rotation and scale apply to it.

/frameposer gallery puts every item in the game on one wall with Model on, so you can see which ones have a world form. It needs operator permissions and only replaces air or replaceable blocks.
