Allows you to clone a item using the new tool called "Item Cloner"
upon using it, it opens a UI.
You put in 16 diamonds and the item you wish to clone and then hit the "Clone Item" Button
If you did provide the 16 diamonds and have at minimum 5 levels then it will clone the provided item and subtract 5 levels.
The "Item Cloner" can be crafted with 4 amethyst shards in all 4 straight directions and a ender pearl in the center in a normal 3x3 crafting grid.
