Isle of Berk Performance Patches 1.3.8 — Release

Compatibility requirement

You must disable the conflicting ModernFix StructureManager mixin before using this release. Set `mixin.perf.dynamic_structure_manager=false` in ModernFix's configuration.

What changed

- Updated the server-only StructureManager companion cache to use the configured `structure_cache_max_entries` bound with Guava `softValues()`.
- Added explicit 30-minute write expiry and cleanup after resource reload.
- Kept the Claws of Berk test configuration at `structure_cache_max_entries = 64`.
- Corrected the Forge 1.18.2 cache declaration to use `Optional<StructureTemplate>` values.
- Preserved companion-only packaging and the separate Deadlock Fix boundary.

Installation notes

- Keep the original `isleofberk-1.2.0.jar` and GeckoLib installed; this is a companion, not a replacement.
- Install the same performance-patch JAR on the server and joining clients.
- Disable the conflicting ModernFix StructureManager mixin before startup; the setting is restart-time configuration.
- Keep the prior artifact as rollback until the new boot and workload comparison are complete.

Scope and evidence boundary

No Lootr persistence, world data, Threaded Horizons, gameplay rules, or third-party JARs were changed. This release makes no universal RAM, MSPT, FPS, or leak-resolution claim. Build, package, and static review passed; runtime activation, matched profiling, and post-restart heap/GC evidence are separate gates.
