Isle of Berk Addons

-First release of the mod, let's go! :D

-Added the Dragon Whistle, an item that allows commands to be issued remotely to dragons

-Right click the whistle to issue its current command

-Left click the whistle on a block to cycle the currently selected command

-Shift left click the whistle on a block near a dragon to toggle whether all dragons or only that dragon's species should heed this whistle's commands (night furies, light furies, and night lights also have a category including all three of them.

-The whistle's tooltip reveals its current info, including selected command, species, and range (configurable).

-Added an Advanced Spawn Config which operates on json and fixes the issue with dragons not spawning in (most) modded biomes.

-The advanced spawn system is NOT enabled by default and must be toggled on from the main config.

-It is recommended you remove all spawns from the Isle of Berk config if you intend to use the IoB Addons config, as its default settings are a 1:1 mirror of IoB's default settings for vanilla biomes and will double the amount of dragon spawns.
