Fixed bug with /is dropping you through the ground if you had made specific modifications to your island.

 

added /setisland to allow player to set the spot on their island they wish to teleport to.

 

Added the ability to protect islands.  This is a config file option, and is on by default.  When it is enabled, you can only build, or break blocks on your own island.  This has no effect in any other dimension than the overworld.

 

Added a config to make the nether a void.  Nether fortresses will not generate.
