Islands In The Sky

Updated to 1.8.9. 

Added /invite, and /accept, used to share islands for multiple players.  The player who wishes to share his island should use /invite <playername>, and the second player should do /accept, which will then allow them to use /island to teleport to their shared island.

Added configuration file, currently configurable values are island size (defaults to 320x320), island Padding (space between islands) (defaults to 32), and Starting Inventory.  Starting inventory will override a starting inventory specified in Parachronology if you're using both mods, and is specified in the same way.
