Island Command

This mod allows for Servers to have their players create an island through a command.
This mod simply adds the ability for Sky Factory 5 Public Servers to allow players to create their own island with the command `/island` and have a secondary command `/emergency` to get emergency items once per hour.
This is configurable through a simplified config file.
Commands:
`/island` - Creates a new Island for the player or teleports them to their island if they already have one.
`/emergency` - Gives the player emergency items incase they've lost them. (Available once per hour)
This mod is only required on the server side, to allow players with just the modpack to join your multiplayer Sky Factory 5 server.
