Adds a fungus entity, fungus blocks and difficulty.
This will slowly spread in all directions, and grows stalks, growths, and explosive growths if on land but if its underwater it will grow water stalks. Very susceptible to fire.
An entity that will kill anything (and sometimes itself) and has a 20% chance to place a fungus block below it. Can spawn like monsters or from breaking fungus blocks.
When Destroyed it explodes and leaves behind Fungal Radiation.
Occasionally removes half a heart.
