ISS: Arcane Chalk

This mod adds one item- Arcane Chalk. Use it to draw Runes on the ground, which will create an AOE ring in which players have increased spell power or spell resistance from specified schools.

To make the magic circle:

• Pick the school
• Pick spell resistance or spell power
• Chose power level of the circle (this will affect chalk durability)
• Choose duration of the circle (this will affect chalk durability)

Planned updates:

• More types of runes (such as increased mana, faster mana regen, or spell school disabling)
• Runes for addon spellschools (such as geomancy or aeromancy)
• Ways to expand the radius of the chalk circles
• Better textures
