Iron's Spell Tweaker GUI

Improvements in Version 1.0.1
1. Changed the button to a Compact Square Icon Button (20x20 px).
2. Client Config System
Automatically creates a client-side configuration file at `.minecraft/config/iron_spell_tweaker-client.json`:

"showTitleScreenButton": Set to `false` to hide the button on the Main Menu.
"showPauseScreenButton": Set to `false` to hide the button on the Pause Menu (ESC).
"buttonStyle": Toggle between "SQUARE" (20x20 size) or "RECTANGLE" (original 98x20 size).
"titleScreenXOffset" / "titleScreenYOffset": Freely adjust the X/Y coordinates of the button on the Main Menu.
"pauseScreenXOffset" / "pauseScreenYOffset": Freely adjust the X/Y coordinates of the button on the Pause Menu.
Hot-Reload: The config file is reloaded whenever a menu screen is opened; adjustments take effect immediately without restarting the game.
