Minecraft 1.21.1 NeoForge and 1.20.1 Forge.

• Fix allied/non-player directional execution to follow the actual executor's live head view for breaths, rays, burning/lightning dashes, Shadow Slash and related movement aiming.
• Align client breath following and mouth offsets with the same executor view used by server execution.
• Keep existing target permissions, resource ownership, damage credit and explicit position/incoming-direction behavior.

Validation: both platform distributions compile and package successfully; metadata and declared Forge refmaps were checked. This batch has not been checked in a running client or server.
