The Audio Overhaul just got a major upgrade!
This update expands the addon beyond flight sounds, bringing a more comfortable and immersive audio experience to several Iron Man systems from FSang18's Heropack.
What's New
Improved Flight Audio
The custom rocket/jet flight audio remains included, replacing the original loud flight sound with a smoother and more immersive alternative.
Faceplate Servo Sounds
Opening and closing the Iron Man helmet now features custom mechanical servo sounds, giving the faceplate a more satisfying armored feel.
New Repulsor & Unibeam Audio
Repulsor-based energy beams now use a completely new continuous energy sound.
The original loud layered effects have been replaced with a much softer beam loop designed to remain comfortable even during prolonged use.
Audio Philosophy
The goal of this addon is not to make Iron Man louder — it's the opposite.
Less noise. More immersion.
Sounds are intentionally kept at comfortable levels, especially for players using headphones.

Installation

Install Palladium and FSang18's Heropack.

Download this addon.

Place the
.jarinside your Minecraftmodsfolder. -
Launch the game normally.
Known Behavior
The hovering sound may briefly stop and restart as the rocket audio loops.
The modified flight sound can also be heard when using some other flight abilities, such as Superman's flight. At the current volume, this can sound similar to wind/air movement rather than a rocket and is intentionally left this way for now.
